Very informative tour. Just what I wanted. We visited sites I would not have seen because of a personal lack of knowledge of the area.

A very comfortable coach, outstanding drivers in a country with reckless drivers, plus the wi-fi made it easy to stay in touch with family & friends back home.

Great that you take the time to listen to your tour patrons. The fact that so many of the tour participants were return customers shows that you are doing something right. I would travel again with Procom.

11-day Italian Campaign
Loved the Rome Vatican and ancient sites. Not much to see re WWII other than gate that Clark came in through, the Mussolini buildings, Gestapo office and site of the massacre. Anzio beach not so interesting given that the landing was unopposed. San pietro excellent as was Monte cassino and area where we tried to cross the Rapido.

Great itinerary. I would recommend the tour because of the variety of sites visited and primarily for the access to the Rememberance event.

5-day Pearl Harbor on a Budget
Navigating Honolulu during the crowded annual Pearl Harbor remembrance event would have been difficult since we didn’t know the lay of the land and the rules of engagement dealing with logistics such as timing, security, etc. Robert was on top of that.

5-day Pearl Harbor on a Budget
No complaints at all. The tour manager was great. Each of our destinations was great. The Anniversary of Pearl Harbor was an experience that we will never forget. It was an honor and a privilege to meet the survivors and listen to their stories. This is a company that genuinely seems to care about each guest and their experience.

We had a variety of foods at both locations. I was looking forward to trying Chamorro food and was able to try Parrot fish. I love seafood so I was in my glory there.

Just the right balance. Love the fact that you can access everything via MY TRIP on the website. If you get stuck or have a question there is always someone to talk to via chatting or by phone.
I love the fact that even with expansion they still have a small company feel. I always am treated as a friend when I call the office, not just a customer. I am never pressured with "What tour can I book for you today?"
Mr. William S. Rafaill
