D-Day 75 Tours - 2019

Introduction

In 2019 northern France will celebrate and commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day landings and the two-month Battle for Normandy. Although it is more than three years away, accommodation is already at a premium on the Cotentin Peninsula, and taking a wrong turn may result in hours of lost time. Joining one of our special D-Day 75 Tours is the best way to take part in this unique occasion. Booking early means securing your place on one of our all-inclusive tours and resting assured that you are in good hands. At this early stage, we are only accepting bookings of two or more passengers. Single travelers will be offered matching services or put on a waiting list for possible single rooms.

8-day Normandy 75 Tour

D-day 75th Anniversary Tour

The commemorations of the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy will truly be a unique event. To take everything in, we have developed an 8-day Normandy Tour for the occasion. In addition to visits to all five D-Day landing beaches, we will attend numerous re-enactments, ceremonies and festivities in the area. Adding flavor to the week's activities will be a vast array of World War II vehicles on display and in motion, parachute jumps, air-shows and much more. D-Day is just the start of this expanded tour, as we will explore Saint Lo, Cherbourg, Falaise and the sites of other landmark battles. We will also make time to visit the magnificent abbey of Mont Saint-Michel and the castle of William the Conqueror.
