As the 2012 season comes to a close we can yet again proudly claim record passenger numbers. We have been left with no choice but to increase our tour departures, bring in new colleagues, and add new tours to our 2013 schedule. Don’t worry, you’ll still get the individual attention our passengers rave about – that’s non-negotiable.
Just how good is our service? According to our customer satisfaction feedback forms, every area of the tour – accommodation, transportation, guiding and dining – achieves over 97% satisfaction. To make sure you hear it straight from the source, many of our customers have agreed to let us give out their contact information so that you can ask them directly. We also invite all of our customers to review our tour on third party websites such as Tripadvisor.com.
New in 2013 is that our Beyond Band of Brothers tour will spend an extra day in France. All of our tours will now kick off in Normandy after a Paris arrival. The added day will allow us to see all of the important sights in the area without rushing, giving our customers a more pleasant experience.
Our popular Silver Star tours will continue in 2013, with World War II re-enactors bringing the period to life. If you’re a fan of D-Day, then our June 3 departure will drop you in the center of the Operation Overlord universe. Book early to secure your spot on the D-Day tour!
We are expanding our tour catalogue in 2013 to include a tour of Germany that explores Hitler’s Third Reich in grand detail. Add it on as a combined tour option or start from Munich and take the tour on its own. The tour examines all aspects of the rise and fall of the Third Reich, taking you from Bavaria, birthplace of the movement, to the Rally Grounds of Nuremberg, to the SS center in Westphalia. It finishes in Berlin, capital of Germany, to see how the war ended and how the Cold War divided the city for nearly 50 years.
If you are interested in cities such as Munich, Prague, Krakow and Budapest, our 11-day Central Europe Remembrance tour is for you. Sightseeing and walking tours are interspersed with visits to the notorious concentration camps of Dachau, Theresienstadt and Auschwitz. Our passengers have praised this mix of activities, which illustrate the tumultuous past of the region. Those looking to take in more of the region are encouraged to tack on extra post-tour days in Budapest or Vienna.
As always, we provide our customers with all-inclusive tours that allow them to focus on what matters most and leave the logistics to us. So when you see the price of our tours, remember that you are getting three quality meals per day, transportation, expert guiding, top-notch hotels in these regions, museum entries, drinks, and the high level of Procom-quality attention to individual needs. Book with Procom and the rest is history!
