Liability
As a registered tour operator in the European Union, Procom is required by law to have complete liability insurance. Reaching the status of professional EU tour provider required us to certify that we meet high levels of professional and financial standards.
Our insurance is provided by Groupama <www.groupama.com>, France’s second largest multi-line insurer with $19 billion in revenue, via its Hungarian affiliate EuroMondial. Our insurance provides the same function that one would find with USTOA. In other words, your down payments are secure against unfortunate circumstances.
Upon registration of the tour, customers receive a contract that includes a copy of the insurance policy.
In addition, in the United States we are listed as a covered supplier at Mondial Assistance. [http://www.mondialusa.com/en/aboutus/] Mondial offers comprehensive traveler’s cancellation insurance, which can include supplier default insurance as well.
Payment for the Beyond Band of Brothers tour is made to our secure account in Hungary either by credit card or bank transfer, and the money is deposited in an escrow account. Our bank account is US dollar based, meaning that there should be no conversion fees added. Any fees associated with the payment transfer will be incurred by Procom.
